Shipping and Delivery


Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, Size issue or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return as we do not offer Exchange at the moment.

For all returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns must be made within 15 days of the product’s actual date of delivery, Except for Suits/blazers which can be returned within 3 days of actual date of delivery.

If a product return is requested, the returns will be processed within 6-9 working days.

kneekickers accepts exchange within 6-9 days (Subject to availability of the products quantity/sizes)

under following conditions

1) Damaged or defective

2) Size Issue

3) Product delivered is different from what you had ordered

Process

The customer can call us at our customer care +91 98716 65935 or email us kneekickersindia@gmail.com -within 7days after receiving the product/ within 3 days for suits and Blazers. The details of Order no.& reason for return should be shared with customer support executive. In case you feel the product is not meeting your expectations or has any kind of defect, the product pictures with a small note is required for return. Video of while opening the parcel (Recommended) for wrong products.

Exchange Policy

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Ensure you keep your original packaging for safe return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

Email our customer service at Id: kneekickersindia@gmail.com & customer care no: +91 98716 65935 with your order number (invoice no) and the item you wish to exchange.

Specify the reason for the exchange and the desired replacement item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item back to you


Refund – Policy Terms

Refund will be initiated only if the product has manufacturing defect which will be checked by kneekickers quality team. The refund process will initiate within 2-3 working days of receiving the request at our Head Office (7/36 B Jangpura B 3rd floor New Delhi 110014) & as soon as refund approval from quality team is received. Refunds will be credited back to customer account, within 6-9 days of initiation of refund which is dependent on the mode of payment after deducting the shipping cost of Rs.100.


Right to refuse refund:

If a returned product is not in a resalable condition or fails to meet the return criteria mentioned above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options, such as returning the product back to you but you have to bear shipping charges. Otherwise we will donate this item as per internal

policy. Shipping charges will not be refunded in case of a refund in any condition.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hrs of placing the order, complete amount will be refunded. The partial cancellation of order is not allowed.

The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debitcard) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT. Note: - Any product purchased from our “Accessories” section will not be returned or exchange under the Returns Policy except if it's an error on behalf relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped out to you by mistake. Do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" Confirmation email from us. Same is applicable for the products like Belt /socks / tie / Pocket squares & other Accessories.

Shipping Policy

1. At kneekickers we ensure timely delivery of product to the customer & we use services of reputed courier partners.

2. Your orders will be processed within 3 working days; the products will reach you in 6-9 working days within India.

3. Delivery of product shall be attempted on business days only (Sunday & national holidays excluded)

4. Shipping cost will be charged for the order below Rs.999 orders. In case your order gets delayed due to any Natural calamity like – Floods, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Tsunami, Bad weather Or other unavoidable circumstances like— Flight delays, Political Disruptions,Curfew, Riots etc., we will inform you through Email & SMS. no. while placing an order.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
